The University of Hertfordshire
This university is a great place to study and provides all the necessary resources to enhance your learning experience. As a student I have mostly benefited from the Learning Resources Center which is open all the time expept on Sunday evenings. The university has a good working atmosphere, you actually feel like learning when you are there. If you drive, the campus provides parking for students in the halls of residence, and for final year students. It is also a great place to socialise and have fun. There are two main bars situated at the College Lane Campus, the Font Bar and the Elehouse. They are good places to have a drink, unwind and meet fellow students. During some evenings, mainly Monday and Wednesday, the Font Bar has music and dancing. While at the Elehouse they have themed nights, including comedy night. And they often show the main sporting events on big screens. |

The University of Hertfordshire offers excellent facilities to support your studies, including impressive buildings, where they house the UK's biggest Learning Resources Centre. The state of the art facilities include 1,600 study places of which 800 are computer workstations. |
In September 2003, the University opened the £120 million de Havilland campus. The campus is only 1 kilometre from the established Hatfield College Lane campus. The Business School, Schools of Humanities and Education are based at the new campus, as well as the latest library and computing resources, accommodation and superb sports facilities.
